Standard downtimes for security and system enhancements occur every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 pm ET until approximately 1:00 am ET on the following day.

| The Grant and Applications Messages red dot notification icon in the Notifications Center is not appearing when users receive new messages. However, email notifications are still being sent to inform users of new messages. | GMM Users | July 8, 2025 | When you receive an email about a new Grant Message, please log into the system, click on the GMM icon on the landing page, select “Go to GMM”, click on the Bell icon in the header bar for the Notification Center, and choose Messages.
