GrantSolutions partnerships are only available to Federal agencies. Please review the requirements below:
Federal agencies
Program and grant offices that manage grant programs can Partner with GrantSolutions. If you are an authorized representative within a Federal agency, become a Partner. If you are with a Federal agency and are already a Partner, request an account here.
Grant recipients
If you are a recipient of a Federal award, you cannot purchase GrantSolutions services. Instead, your access comes through the Federal agency that funds your award. Please contact your funding agency for information on which system they manage awards through. If you received access to GrantSolutions through a Federal agency, request an account here.
Grant applicants
GrantSolutions does not process new applications. If you are looking for funding opportunities, visit Grants.gov to search and apply.

Planning and Analysis
GrantSolutions’ FitGap Study assesses how well available functionality and features fit current Partner processes and data requirements and provides a collaborative plan to address any gaps in the GrantSolutions product suite. GrantSolutions assists Partners in using a change management strategy to facilitate internal project planning, communication, and implementation.
Partner Agreement
GrantSolutions uses Partner Agreements with grantors to formalize the financial relationship and outline the process for collecting fees for services. Learn about the Partner Agreement here.
Project Initiation
GrantSolutions reviews key decision points for transition, data migration, system enhancements, training, and support, and delivers a finalized project schedule.
Process Requirements Finalization
An in-depth review of your business processes is conducted to finalize configurations and assist with any required process or policy changes.
Service Enhancement Implementation
Requirements are gathered and finalized, with necessary system configurations completed through a standard development process.
Data Migration
Data is mapped into the GrantSolutions environment, with scripts thoroughly tested, revised, and repeated as needed.
User Acceptance Testing
Confirm functionality, identify revisions, and formalize system acceptance.
Training
Provide training through hands-on sessions, webinars, computer-based instruction, and user documentation throughout onboarding.

Annual Partner Agreement
GrantSolutions uses Partner Agreements with grantees to formalize collaboration, ensure compliance, and streamline grant management. Partner Agreements must be completed annually to remain active and compliant. Learn about the annual Partner Agreement here.
