Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The GrantSolutions \u201cHomepage\u201d allows users to view the GrantSolutions Services available to them. From the \u201cHomepage\u201d users can access the \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen. The \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen allows users to view and change profile information as well as view Roles & Assignments associated with the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access the \u201cHomepage\u201d in GrantSolutions, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From a browser such as Google Chrome, navigate to www.grantsolutions.gov<\/a> and click the Login<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. The \u201cGrantSolutions Login\u201d screen appears. Click the Login.gov for<\/strong> Recipients & Grantors<\/strong> button and login using your Login.gov account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The \u201cHomepage\u201d appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      My Profile Screen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To access the \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen, edit profile information, as well as access system roles and assignments, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click the Initials icon<\/em> drop-down from the Global Menu and select the My Profile <\/strong>option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen appears with the My Info<\/em> and Roles and Assignment<\/em> sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the Edit Profile<\/strong> Info button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          The \u201cEdit Profile Info\u201d window appears. The fields can be edited as needed. Some fields are required, and others are optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Note<\/strong>: The user\u2019s Prefix, First Name, Last Name,<\/em> and Email<\/em> cannot be changed from this window therefore, the fields are locked. To change the Prefix, First Name, Last Name,<\/em> or Email<\/em> associated with an account, a user must submit a User Request Form. Help text is available when a user hovers over the lock icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To receive SMS confirmation, enter a mobile number<\/em>, select a mobile carrier<\/em>, and click the Send<\/em> button. Messages can be sent internationally, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Note<\/strong>: A message will appear once the text has been sent successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Upon completing all adjustments, click the Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Roles and Assignments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Users can view their roles and responsibilities if they are subscribed to GrantSolutions Grants Management (GMM) and\/or Online Data Collection (OLDC). If a user\u2019s partner does not subscribe to either service, the buttons will not appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            GMM Roles and Assignments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            1. From the \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen, in the Roles and Assignments section, click the Grants Management GMM<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              The \u201cYour Roles and Assignments in GrantSolutions\u201d screen appears in another window. All roles associated with a user\u2019s account appear here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              ODLC Roles and Assignments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              1. From the \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen, click the Online Data Collection (OLDC)<\/strong> button in the Roles and Assignments section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. The \u201cOLDC Home\u201d screen appears in another window. Click the User\/System Settings<\/strong> hyperlink.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Once finished looking at roles and assignments, navigate back to the \u201cMy Profile\u201d screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. To return to the \u201cHome\u201d page, click the back arrow<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Updating Roles and Assignments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                    Users can request to update their roles and responsibilities by submitting an updated User Account Request Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Navigate to the Federal User Account Request Form<\/a>.<\/strong> Only fill in \u201cGrant Recipient User Account Request Form: Part 2\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Select the Account Change <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. Select the updated Role Type(s) <\/strong>requested for the account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
