If the user has multiple email addresses, the most recent login credentials used in GSA Login.gov may not match the GrantSolutions login credentials. Please try logging in to your GSA Login.gov Profile screen and clearing your browser history.

To avoid login issues, make sure the following are true:

  • The email address you use to create or access your GSA Login.gov account is the same email your GrantSolutions administrator or program office has added to your GrantSolutions profile.
  • If your organization recently updated your email address, make sure both GSA Login.gov and GrantSolutions reflect the updated email before attempting to sign in.
  • If your GrantSolutions profile needs updating, contact your GrantSolutions account administrator within your organization.
