DataConnect Services
Provides Partners with access to GrantSolutions’ cloud-based, Partner-specific data repository of grant management data, updated hourly and available on demand. The DataConnect service uses GrantSolutions’ reporting database structure and data model to reduce data modeling efforts by allowing Partners to extract data directly from DataConnect for use in their data environment, facilitating the consolidation of data sources across the grant-making agency.

Provide core support to manage grants efficiently and in compliance throughout the award lifecycle. These services include the Standard Notice of Award (NOA), ongoing award administration, standard training and customer support, and routine DME. Together, they ensure consistent operations, reliable system performance, and effective grants management.

Enables Partners to collaborate within the GrantSolutions platform through secure, role-based access for external stakeholders. This service streamlines communication, document sharing, and coordinated engagement across grant programs. By expanding controlled access to key participants, Community Access enhances transparency, efficiency, and end-to-end grants management collaboration.

Custom Notice of Award
Ability to tailor the structure, content, and formatting of award notifications to align with agency-specific policies and branding requirements. This service supports the inclusion of customized terms and conditions, data elements, and approval workflows beyond the standard Notice of Award configuration. By delivering flexible, compliant award documentation, Custom Notice of Award enhances clarity, consistency, and program oversight.

Grant Monitoring
The grant monitoring system provides a post-award case management tool to monitor, oversee, and report on the progress and performance of grant awards and programs. Consolidating the program monitoring information in one location provides the ability to generate status reports for a single grant award or entire grant program. The grant monitoring tool can be used to track and manage overarching trends showing where Recipients may need technical assistance, site visits, or increased frequency of check-ins.

Audit Resolution Tracking and Monitoring System (ARTMS)
Provides Partners with a comprehensive platform to track, manage, and report on audit findings and corrective actions. The system supports structured workflows, status monitoring, and documentation management to promote timely resolution and accountability. By enhancing visibility into audit activities, ARTMS strengthens oversight, compliance, and risk mitigation across grant programs.

Electronic Research Administration (eRA) Support
Specialized support to ensure seamless integration, data exchange, and alignment with NIH grants management processes. This service encompasses system configuration, interface management, user coordination, and reporting capabilities to facilitate accurate application processing, award management, and compliance oversight. Through eRA support, GrantSolutions enhances operational efficiency, data integrity, and transparency across the research grants lifecycle.

Operations Support
To support offboarded Partners’ audit needs, GrantSolutions provides two (2) Grantors within the agency’s program access to the Discretionary Grants Management Services module with a limited amount of support (up to 120 hours) for login, navigation, and standard Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard assistance.

Additional Support Hours
GrantSolutions offers additional support hours to provide Partners with flexible, on-demand assistance beyond standard service levels. These hours may be used to support surge activities, system enhancements, specialized report training, data analysis, or other time-sensitive operational needs. This ensures agencies can quickly scale resources to meet evolving priorities while maintaining continuity, compliance, and performance standards across the grants lifecycle.
